What tongue splitting method produces the longest split?

I have already looked into all of the side effects and complications, so for all of you out there who just want to leave a comment like thats gross or how can you do that. i dont need to hear it.





I am wanting to get a tongue lengthening and split. No it is not for sexual reasons. All i want to know is which method has the least amount of regrowth and the prices of the method.





I have seen some splits that are just on the tip and they look odd to me. i already have a pretty long tongue but i am hoping if i get the lengthening with the split i have better chances of a longer split and less regrowth.





And just a little rant to all of the people that are freaked out by it and say that children will run screaming, that is ridiculous. Certain people freak about a tongue split but they wouldnt run screaming from someone with a disease injected in there forehead so that they can look like robocop.What tongue splitting method produces the longest split?
one way that can help limit the regrowth is anchoring it with a large-gauge piercing as an anchor for it... as far as the *best* method, since this isn't exactly a mainstream mod, there hasn't been a particular one that has been determined to be the *best*... many splits have to be re-cut after the healing period is done, due to regrowth....





talk to a reputible mod practitioner... ask to see both fresh and healed shots of the work... if they can produce that, and you are happy with it, after considering the risks, go for it...

i have never heard of this before? I know your asking for an answer but now I am curious lol Why do ppl split there tongue mine is hurting now just thinking about it? Also again just curious but how do you lengthen your tongue? Ok hope you find what your looking for:)
i have only met one person with this done and im not sure if this is the info u are looking for but he was telling me about his procedure and he said he went to a hospital not a piercing studio to have it done because its considered cosmetic surgery. he said the surgeon used a cauterizing (not sure how to spell it..the tool that basically burns the nerves and deadens them) tool and then stitched each side of the inside up so it didnt bleed as much and it would heal faster and since it had been cauterized there was less of a chance it would regrow and close. he has had his for a while and he seemed pretty happy about it...and actually no one ran screaming from him it was the opposite. people were very intrigued about it..it looked so painful but to each his own...good luck and make sure ur safe and go to a clean and respectable doctor...enjoy ur new modification!!!





p.s and for everyone whose giving her a hard time about getting married and finding a job..1. shouldnt she have a man in her life who accepts her for who she is and loves her no matter what? and 2. this procedure IS reversible so if she really feels like its causing an issue in her life or she gets tired of it she can get it reversed and u would never be able to tell she had it done in the first place!!
well, i've never heard of different methods, but if you want it to not grow back together you have to keep moving the seperate parts so the edges will heal and so they wont heal together (kind of like how you move a new piercing so it wont heal to your skin)
i dont know but that may effect the jobs that will hire you
you should ask a professional who can accuratly decide based on what you want and i have seen farther than the tip
Okay I think you should think twice before doing that, I am now trying to be mean I am just telling you that guys don't really like that and people think its weird and they won't take you seriously.


Just warning you. If you want to ever marry someone respectable then don't do it.


But if you made up your mind then you should 1st go to a doctor and ask what side effects there are.


Then pay the person who is going to cut your tong a little bit more so that he is twice as careful. Good luck!
