Yes. Keep using mild anti-biotic hand soap or body soap. Continue to use moisturizers; try one that has no perfumes. Consider trying Neutrogena or the house brand that looks like the same product and has the same ingredients listed on the container.

Also ensure that you are taking a multi-vitamin at least several times per week. Ensure you are getting adequate essential minerals, fatty acids and oils. Eat more green and or yellow leafy vegetables that are lightly steamed, briefly pan fried or microwaved just a bit, or just eat them raw. Garden grown vegetables are best of course; if you can get them at a neighborhood market that would be great.

Skip the bread. Wheat, corn, milk and some other common foods are not really good for a lot of people. Some are slightly allergic, some get more tired when eating the wrong kinds of food items, or wrongly prepared items. There is wheat-less bread in the freezer section at many health food and whole food stores.

Begin your day with one or two glasses of water, maybe from a cup or a goblet you can fill in the evening and put by your bed so it is handy. This will start everything up and will help you to get a really healthy amount of water.

Breakfast: perhaps try using olive oil, cook 2 whole eggs or 2 or 3 egg whites, and perhaps 1/2 cup of low fat plain yogurt, depending on weight loss, weight maintenance, or an energy diet. Oh, and get a big container of picante sauce instead of ketchup to reduce the amount of unless energy calories that you are getting in at lunch, and in the afternoon and evening, if you like catsup. Try mild and medium and see if you like one brand more than others. It is available in the pasta section or over by the chips. But skip chips.
