No form of birth control is 100% foolproof. That includes tubes being tied or a vasectomy. I personally know two couples who got pregnant AFTER surgical sterilization.

condoms dont split,if used correctly i.e no sharp finger nails etc.they work fine and you can trust them if used properly.

the pill and condom used together
2 condoms have split on me and both times scared the living hell out of me
but we went to hospital next day and got emergency pill
abstain,,, you will have plenty of time later in life
get on the pill
take the contraseptive pill, i take it and also use condom...extra protection...

birth control, most birth control is close to 99% effective, so use birth control along with condoms
Ummm...if you use the word ';bestest'; you are wayyyy too young to be having sex....there is no 100% effective way besides NOT HAVING SEX...good luck Hun! :o)
You can go and get either the pill, a coil, or a diaphragm and with using these along with a condom. You can be certain not to get pregnant.
the best way is abstinance...pregnancy is not the only thing you need to worry about...STDs too,if you dont want to worry about the condom splitting make sure he has the right size
