10 tunes in an VA (various artist) album. when i add to itunes, i have 3 albums with the same name and the tunes are randomly allocated to them.
how can i prevent this to happen?Why itunes is splitting tunes that belong to one album into several identical albums?
Right click the song (or songs by holding Ctrl) and click Get Info...
Here you can change the name, artist, album etc. manually!
Try out the different tabs in that same dialog box for more options.

The albums may be spelled differently, like having a space at the end or something. You can prevent this by downloading the full album.
