Can I bulk up and do lots of cardio by splitting workouts throughout the day?

People say one doesn't go with the other, either you concentrate on weight training to bulk up fast, or concentrate on cv to burn the fat because too much cv can ';eat up'; precious hard gained muscle. But what if I 2hrs of cardio in the morning, eat less carbs, go to work, then go back to the gym to do high impact weight training, eating a high carb high protein meal? Will the muscle still not come? Can I bulk up and do lots of cardio by splitting workouts throughout the day?
Oh honey, unless that 2 hours of cardio in the morning involves your girlfriend, that seems like way too much!

How do you have time to eat enough to build those muscles when you're working out all the time?

Check out bodybuilding.com. There's a lot of information there that should help you figure things out. I was looking for a specific nutrition calculator for you, but I can't seem to find it...

oh, here it is: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/issa64.h鈥?/a>

This should explain everything you need to know to meet your goals. It will tell you how much carbs/protein/fat you need and you can decide when to eat it. Good luck! Can I bulk up and do lots of cardio by splitting workouts throughout the day?
No such thing as fast, and no, you can only do one thing at a time, you can switch on and off between the two though in a matter of months, 2 months this, 2 months that. and repeat etc.
Yes you can, just when working out doing lifting, push ups, do longer full presses. The faster reps are for toning while doing fuller longer strides build muscles bigger.
Just keep the meals spread out over the day, but keep the carbs, and up the protein. Don't eat huge meals, but try eating the small meals. Instead of 4-5 however, it's 6-8. Kick up the boiled eggs, the chicken breast, basically a lot of lean protein. Complex carbs. Sugars before and after workouts. It'll be a lot of work, but you'll be good. I think sprints are a better choice for bulking up, because they are anaerobic, and you'll stay lean, and you can go at night and lift. Hope I helped.
You look fine to me.
