No, not at all. I believe if the country continues to become more racially diverse, there will be less de facto segregation. People will have no choice but to live, work, intermingle, date, marry and procreate with members of different races. It's countries that are not as racially diverse that tend to have the issues. Think of South Africa with the apartheid.
