No the quickest way is not to fall in love with someone else! that would only give you a destructive relationship, if you gonna give answers like that then you shouldn't be here!
Theres nothing much you can do here really, only time is the best healer!
By all means, talk and socailise with other men, but don't go out with them until you completely over your ex, that wouldn't be fair on the other person would it?
And never go out with anybody to replace what you had before, life never does, and has never worked like that!
It takes time hon but you really need to engage your self in activities to enable you get over it and be happy. although it's hard but remember that you only split up not dead so move on pls......
